Website Terms and Conditions of Use
This document (together with the documents referred to in it) constitutes the terms and conditions for the website “https://www.bathconsultancygroup.com” (“the Site”) and the terms and conditions on which you may make use of it (whether as a guest or as a member/account holder in respect of the Site).
The Site is wholly owned and is operated by (or behalf of) Bath Consultancy Group, a division of GP Strategies Limited ('Bath Consultancy Group"). Our full details, together with contact details are set out below. It is important to remember that by using the Site and any of the products or services available via the Site you agree to be bound by and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. Take some time to have read and understand what we've written before you use the Site in any way. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms and conditions you should not access or use the Site.
Intellectual Property
Bath Consultancy Group and its partners retain the sole and exclusive property of the copyright and all other intellectual property rights for all Bath Consultancy Group course materials. If a course is developed by a Partner of Bath Consultancy Group the Partner's organisation then holds the intellectual property. By attending a course you commit not to copy or permit the copying of course materials, nor allow disclosure to sell or hire the same to third parties. Nor use the same materials to run a course of your own.
The Bath Consultancy Group name and logos belong to us and may not be used without our written permission.
We are also the owner (or the licensee) of all design, text, graphics, software and all other material on the Site, including the intellectual property rights therein. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on the Site.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on the Site must always be acknowledged.
You must not use any part of the materials on the Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us or our licensors, and except as permitted by these terms, no part of the Site or its material shall be produced, transmitted or made available on a network without our prior written permission (or that of our licensors).

Your use of the Site
Bath Consultancy Group is providing the Site and the Services 'as is'. We explicitly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether stated or implied. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The Internet has its dangers; we take reasonable actions to ensure a fast, reliable and secure service. We will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or corruption of any data, information or material or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property.
Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide through the Site (or any part thereof) without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Site (or any part thereof) is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Occasionally we may need to maintain the software and other equipment that runs the Site. During these times you may not be able to access the Site or things may be a bit slower than normal. If this happens please take a short break and try again later.

Bath Consultancy Group may make changes to any content and information contained on this site, at any time without notice. However, we are not obliged to update such material and, although we aim to keep our Site as up to date as possible, any of the material on the Site may be out of date at any given time.
Misuse of the Site
You may only use the Site for lawful purposes.

We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
Framing/Linking

All notices to be given by us to you in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be sufficiently given when forwarded by email addressed to you at the email address you have given us.
English law governs these Terms and Conditions. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
