Angela has over 11 years experience as a Development Consultant, having been Training and Development Manager for LloydsTSB prior to joining a global OD Consultancy in 1995. Her expertise lies in facilitating transition at organisational, team and individual levels. She is able to both support and challenge in order to create an understanding of the underlying issues, whilst having a pragmatic approach which assists people to commit to practical change.
With a linguistic background, Angela works extensively in Europe and has client projects running in Asia and Africa. She is equally happy working in both the private and public sector and supports her local community by undertaking pro-bono work for the voluntary sector. She also holds a Non-Executive role on the Board of a NHS Hospital Trust, which enables her to contribute to strategic decision-making and complex organisational problem-solving.
With an academic interest in research and diagnosis, Angela is particularly skilled in the design of organisational surveys. Feedback from these surveys is sensitively communicated with a view to assisting in the change process, providing essential truths about the organisation and its culture.
