Laura has over 20 years of experience of working with senior managers/ partners in a range of leading organisations and recent clients include Nokia, Ernst and Young, Deutsche Bank, 3M, British Airways and The World Health Organisation.
Laura brings high energy and commitment to her client work with a genuine interest and skill in integrating business issues with the behavioural and cultural dynamics of organisations.
Laura has been an associate at Bath Consultancy Group for three years and has been involved in developing and designing a range of Bath assignments. She has also been as associate at Ashridge Consulting for over 20 years and has extensive experience in managing large scale development and change programmes. . Her most significant role at Bath has been in designing and managing a significant change and leadership intervention, involving 480 partners in a major professional services firm.
Her special interests include:
- bringing together aspects of strategy, leadership and change
- designing and using 360° feedback to support culture change
- the development of consulting practice and techniques for both internal and external consultants
