Rosie has been with BCG since 2003. She is Peter Hawkins' PA, also has overall responsibility for the quality of all materials issued by the BCG office, and casts a magic spell to ensure lovely weather for the BCG Annual Conference.

Prior to joining BCG, she was an Executive PA for a consultant team within a large multi-national organisation, and in a previous life was a costume cutter at the RSC in Stratford-on-Avon.

She loves cooking - and eating, obviously, although prefers to eat what other people have cooked!

She was born in the Gold Coast (now Ghana) and spent her 21st birthday in the Gilbert and Ellice Islands in the Pacific (now Kiribati) - do we detect a pattern in that subsequently both places opted for independence?

Major short-term ambition is to persuade youngest child that he wants to leave home - maybe ought to stop the cooking and stock up on Pot Noodles! Long-term ambition - gap year!
