Coaching Supervision Training

All of the professional bodies recommend or require coaches and mentors to have regular coaching supervision. Bath Consultancy Group introduced the world’s first Certificate in Coaching Supervision in 2003. Since then, over 100 supervisors from around the world have trained with us.

The Certificate is based on ‘Seven Eyed model of supervision. It provides a sound theoretical platform with ample opportunity to develop skills through practice and reflection. With modules in Group Supervision, Team and Organisational Supervision and Working with Difference, participants can choose the mix that best suits them.
