We train coaching supervisors providing the UK's first certificate in coaching supervision.
Certificate in Supervision of Coaches, Mentors and Consultants
The professional bodies in Coaching and Mentoring have been developing policies that all coaches and mentors should have supervision from a trained supervisor, but up to now there has not been any professional training specifically for the Supervisors of Coaches and Mentors.
Nearly one hundred coaches, mentors and consultants have attended the open programme since May 2004Bath Consultancy Group has been providing Coaching and Mentoring since it started in 1986 and has now partnered with the Centre for Supervision & Team Development, which has been running supervision training since 1979 both in the UK and internationally, to provide a certificate in Coaching Supervision.
The training was launched as a bespoke programme for The School of Coaching in 2003. To date, nearly one hundred coaches, mentors and consultants have attended the open programme since May 2004.
