Jane's natural ability is in building authentic and trusting relationships with middle managers and frontline staff.  She supports strategic change by working confidentially with individuals and small teams.  She is qualified and has a strong background in personal development, leadership and change which she gained in the British Army, John Lewis Partnership and British Council Singapore.  Jane's most recent experience includes self awareness coaching and project management with professionals in USA, Singapore, London, South Africa, Australia and China.
