Deborah Clarke is a Chartered Psychologist, and  a Director of the Centre for Mentoring and Coaching. She has over 30 years of experience in consultancy, coaching and mentoring and has published extensively. She has really appreciated and enjoyed her training  with BCG and has a growing number of coaches she is presently supervising. She uses Action Learning Sets as a supervision tool. With her colleagues at CMC and the University of the West of England she will be running an accredited Coaching Course imminently.
