Margaret is a certified coaching supervisor, a qualified coach and founder director, with Sheridan Maguire, of Walking With Leaders, a performance coaching and coach training consultancy.

Margaret is a founder member of the Institute of Leadership, an associate of the Campaign for Leadership, and a Fellow of the Institute of Quality Assurance. Margaret lectures at conferences, writes articles, and coached/ mentored directors and CEOs on a 1:1 basis for over ten years.
