To obtain the Certificate in the Supervision of Coaches, Mentors and Consultants, you must complete the following:

• 2 out of the following 3 Optional Modules

  • Working with Difference
  • Group Supervision
  • Supervising in Teams and Organisations

• Two tutorials

• Ten hours supervision

• Advanced Course

The Foundation, Advanced, Supervision and Tutorial sessions are specifically for supervisors of executive coaches, mentors and consultants and are taught by experts in this field.

The modules combine with the CSTD for those in wider professions. This increases the breadth of topics and provides a greater perspective on the issues relating to Coaching Supervision through the experiences of supervisors in other fields.
