• What is Supervision?
• Contracting
• Core skills, feedback, intervention skills etc
• Training in transformational coaching
• Difference between coaching and coaching supervision
• Hawkins and Shohet 7-eyed process model of supervision

The Foundation programme alternates between Bath and London and can be taken as part of the certificate or as a stand alone course.
