Nick has been with Bath Consultancy Group for over ten years and is a Director of the company.  He worked as a manager and management developer for a number of years in the public sector.  The current focus of his work is in helping organisations that wish to develop new strategic directions and deliver new and challenging goals, to implement the culture changes that will sustain such activity.

Fiona is a Director of Bath Consultancy Group and she is an experienced consultant, coach and designer of development workshops. She has a strong, calm, facilitative style, and enjoys working closely to support internal consultants, drawing on her own experience as an internal consultant for ten years.
