Amanda joined BCG in September 2002 as Finance Manager and Office Support Coordinator. She is responsible for Management Accounts, BCG finances, together with year end audit, Payroll and Office Personnel.

Brett joined the client support team on the first day of the New Year of 2007. He is responsible for, among other things, management of the website, quarterly newsletters, Company Procedures & Policies, Contracts and Client Aftercare. Brett is also the Co-ordinator for the Public Sector development team. 

Chris joined the BCG team in early 2006 with responsibility for managing the smooth running of the Ernst & Young "EY Way - Leading to Win" programme.  He is also Coordinator for the Professional Services Business Cluster, covering BCG’s activities with legal firms, consultancies and other partnerships.

Jeff Steer joined the Client Support Team in January 2007.  Key areas of his work include supporting the Chairman, Exec Team and Board, coordinating BCG's internal meetings and Management Information, and coordinating the Learning Value Network.  Jeff is the Co-ordinator for the Leadership Development team.

Rebecca was welcomed into the Client Support team in Summer 2006. She is responsible for the administration of the Oshry Organisation Workshops Bath run and the coordination  and project management of the clients in the Pharma, Tech and Consumer Goods Sectors.

Sue joined the Client Support team in October 2006, being responsible for managing administration of the Barclays Capital programme, taking on the admin for all Coaching and a fair bit more.  Sue is also the Co-ordinator for the Organisational Development and Financial Services teams
