Walt Hogan

Walt Hogan is a certified organization development (OD) consultant and leadership coach with expertise in the areas of human resource development (HRD) and team development.

Walt’s other professional expertise’s are in the areas of group facilitation, customer service awareness, mentoring programs, performance coaching and diversity/inclusion training. 

For over 18 years Walt has provided a wide range of OD and HRD interventions for both public and private enterprises.  Walt has work in both US and European organizations applying his OD/HRD consulting skills in many industries including: retail, defense industry, pharmaceutical and telecommunication. 

Walt’s consultative approach starts with listening to his clients, then partnering with them to design, develop and implement effective interventions that measurably improve performance in the workplace.  As a coach  As a coach Walt enjoys the process of helping others, help themselves, to move forward on issues they may be feel are immovable.

Recent projects include:

  • Coaching senior executives in US Federal government, private industry and non-profit organizations
  • Designed global leadership programs for a international non-profit organizations
  • In the US, Walt facilitated group-wide inclusion/diversity program for Central Intelligence Agency, World Bank and National Gallery of Arts
  • Facilitated key internal customer service program at Astra Zeneca in the US
  • As a consultant researched and designed corporate university for a defense agency in the US government
  • At Cable and Wireless, led implementation of a global 360° feedback program for over 500 managers   
  • Worked with over 250 executives as a leadership coach designing effective individual development plans to improve performance
  • Facilitated career development workshop with 30 high potentials at Deutsche Bank

Walt completed his graduate work in HRD and is certified in Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Dynamic and Myers Briggs.  Walt is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Association. Walt enjoys gardening and fishing, but not at the same time.
