Su-chzeng Ong

Su-chzeng has had over thirty years of diverse corporate and cross-cultural experience, successfully leading and developing her regional and global teams, using a coaching style, in Asia, UK and the US. 15 of those years were in investment banking.

Su-chzeng has a broad knowledge of industries from managing financial and educational research and coaching clients in banking and finance, manufacturing, retail, telecoms, technology, publishing, medical and pharmaceuticals.   She encourages clients to embark on this dare-to-care leadership, achieving high impact performance and grounded in personal awareness and management.  

Su-chzeng coaches executives to give and to get extraordinary performance and results - for themselves, their teams and their companies. She coaches on ownership, accountability and empowerment through an unwavering belief that everyone can achieve excellence.  She assists clients to reframe their challenges, see what is limiting their success and leads them towards living fulfilling and extraordinary lives at work and at home.

She has a Masters in Education from Sheffield University, UK; a BA Hons in English Literature; professional certificates in corporate and personal coaching from Corporate Coach U Inc and Coach U Inc, USA, High Performance Coaching from Performance Unlimited, UK; in career coaching from Work-Life Asia, and is an NLP practitioner and Solutions-Focused coach. She is qualified to use the Leadership Effectiveness 360 tool from MRG,US, and the DISC.
