Shabari Madappa

Shabari is a HR and OD practitioner, with 18 years of experience in a range of industries, both in full time roles with the HR function and as an independent consultant.

Shabari is passionate about developing innovative approaches to strengthen the people foundation of the business and believes that investments in issues such as work life balance initiatives are essential for individual and organisational health.  At the core of her consulting work is a deep-seated belief in human processes and that everyone has a desire to unleash their full potential and fulfill their aspirations.

In the Leadership development space Shabari designs and delivers training workshops on aspects that build managerial and leadership capability in first-line, middle level, senior level executives.  She
facilitates long-term change initiatives at a team/functional level and assist with designing people systems and processes that help build a higher engaged workforce.

Shabari has various professional accreditations & certifications such as the OD internship, Process work internship by Sumedhas, psychometric profiling such as MBTI, FIRO-B, Belbin, McQuaig, EUM and holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
