Sergio Montiel

Sergio Montiel is an organisational systemic consultant, and designer for human and organisational development. He is also a certified executive coach.

As part of this living systems network, Sergio has had the opportunity to work with thought leaders in the theory, design, and practice of transformative learning organisations.

Sergio was founder and director of a technology-based networking enterprise for the implementation of leading edge technologies in the Ibero-American marketplace. He also led the communications strategy and strategic alliances for Laborum.com Mexico, the first jobsite for Latin America.

Sergio is part of the Human and Organisational Development doctoral program at Fielding University. His research consists of the convergence of leading emergent theories of learning, transformative change, leadership and communications.

Sergio has a B.Sc. in Communications from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and holds a M.Sc. in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) and University of Texas in Austin (UT).
