Sally Taylor

Sally is an independent consultant who specialises in working with top teams on strategy development/ implementation and leading major organisation change.

Sally has been consulting in Leadership Development and Organisation Change for the past 10 years, before becoming a consultant Sally worked as HR & OD director in a number of UK FTSE 100 companies including Lloyds TSB, Liberty & the Sears retail group. Her most recent corporate role (2006/07) was with BT Group where her primary achievement was launching their Leading Strategy Execution programme - designed to facilitate senior business teams in deciding on and effectively implementing competitive business strategy

Sally has an MA in Leadership and Management Learning from Lancaster University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development in the UK. She is accredited through the British Psychological Society to use a range of psychometric instruments.
