Miksu has more than 20 years experience in HRD and HR area with focus on Leadership Development and Coaching. Her interpersonal and enthusiastic style is to build in depth & trusting relationships with diverse people across the world.  She has a wide international Network.

Miksu is a true believer in People and their Learning agility and “out of box thinking” to be efficient, achieve, lead and develop.  Her motto is “If there is a Will there is a Way”.

Clients include Nokia, for whom she was the driving force of flagship Leadership Development programs from Executive Leadership to Blue Collar Leaderships in the Factories and worked with and coached all levels of Leaders in Nokia.

Miksu is a credited ACC /ICF Coach, and has a Master of Science in Adult Education in University Of Helsinki and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Helsinki School of Economics.
