Lynda Lepcha

Lynda is a Consultant and Organization Development specialist.  Lynda has worked with more than 120 Multi-National Corporations in the domain of Telecom, ITES, Info tech, Banking and Finance.

Having previously worked for Pharmacia United and Citibank, Lynda is a Master Trainer and has certification for a wide range of management and skill based courses. She has trained more than 17,000 people in India, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Dubai, Korea and the United States over the last 18 years.

Given her wide experience and expert knowledge, she is a captivating and articulate and a favourite to speak at public forums and management conferences. Currently, Lynda is writing her book ‘Training in India – Touching Hearts and Winning Minds’.

Lynda is a post-graduate from XLRI, Jamshedpur (1988); specializing in Personnel Management and Human Resources (HR).
