Laura has over 20 years of experience of working with senior managers/ partners in a range of leading organisations and recent clients include Nokia, Ernst & Young, Deutsche Bank, 3M, British Airways and The World Health Organisation.

Laura brings high energy and commitment to her client work with a genuine interest and skill in integrating business issues with the behavioural and cultural dynamics of organisations.

Laura has been an associate at Bath Consultancy Group for many years and has been involved in developing and designing a range of Bath assignments.  Her most significant role at Bath has been in designing and managing a significant change and leadership intervention, involving 480 partners in a major professional services firm.
