Ivy Shih

Ivy is a Beijing China based senior leadership and management coach, trainer and consultant. With Mandarin as her native language, Ivy is fluent in English as well.

She has over 20 years of sales, client service and management experiences with major US media and global companies and has practiced as a career transitioning counselor in the US and a leadership consultant in China.  She thrives in an environment where mentoring and sustainable performance are keys to success.

Ivy’s clients include Apple China, British Council, Cisco, ConocoPhillips, Embraco, HP China, Nokia, Novozymes, Oracle, Siemens, Swift Financial, Vale Minerals, World Wildlife Fund.

Prior to transitioning to the counseling career, Ivy worked as Asia Pacific Communication manager for a Boeing Commercial Airplanes, where her deep involvement with the entire Asia Pacific region, along with her interaction with technical, marketing, media and finance sectors afforded her in depth and unique perspective in global work force sensitivities and development.

Ivy holds a Bachelor of Art degree from National Cheng Chih University, Taipei, Taiwan and a Master of Art degree in life and career transition from the Seattle University, Seattle, Washington.
