Eduardo Alfonso

Eduardo Magalhães Sarmento Afonso is a Director of Wisnet Consulting.

Eduardo has worked as an individual coach for many executives as well as HR consultant and team coach within several companies like ABN AMRO, Abbott, Alocoa, Alstom, Goodyear, Interbanco Paraguay, Santander, Telefonica, Unibanco, Unilever, Vale, Volkswagen, among many others national and multinational companies.

Eduardo worked on the ‘Appreciative Enquiry’ a study on social constructionist method for the Taos Institute, New Mexico that drew the facilitation of more effective dialogue groups.

He's been supporting many groups on social responsibility, ethics, citizenship, organizational learning as well giving workshops on these topics to many clients.

Eduardo is engaged in representing Wisnet Consulting in many non governmanet agencies and associations with focus on dialogue, responsibility for the whole, union of science and business besides dealing with themes as spirit in business and organizational learning.

He's also involved as a founder and counselor of ELOS - Espiritualidade e Liderança para Organizações Saudáveis, a transforming and appreciative initiative that develop Leaders in Conscious Relationships and as founder of the NGO Escrever o Futuro, which has as purpose: "to allow that individuals, groups and communities can write their own future, through an integrated work of Vision and higher Purpose and Human Values.

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering at FEI -Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial, Post Graduated in Marketing - ESPM - Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
