Dr Jacqui Scholes-Rhodes, FCIPD

Jacqui is a consultant, coach and researcher, specialising in the systemic development of teams and organisations - and the relational leadership that connect them.

She has co-facilitated major transformation and development programmes across the UK, Europe and North America and has worked extensively across the pharmaceutical, financial and IT services sectors.

Jacqui spent 15 years with ICL/Fujitsu, where she set up and led a new change management consultancy business. She subsequently took on the role of Organisational Development Director at Novartis Pharmaceuticals where she led the post-merger people integration strategy. Since 2002 Jacqui has consulted widely across both the private and public sectors, including recent work supporting transformation in the NHS and facilitating the development of an effective business partnering model in a major energy supplier.

She has a reputation for challenging the status quo, and continues to develop her practice through the rigours of action research. In 2011 she published a paper in the Educational Journal of Living Theories entitled “Exploring an extended role for coaching – through the eyes of an action researcher” and is the co-author of “Touchpoint Leadership: A collaborative approach to organisational development, leadership and team coaching” (Kogan Page, 2013).

Jacqui is a leading authority on the development of action inquiry and dialogue and in 2002 successfully presented her research into the development of a unique form of self-inquiry based on their combined practice through her PhD at the Centre for Action Research, University of Bath.
