Danela is a Director of YSA (Pty) Ltd, and represents Bath Consultancy Group in global assignments in both South Africa and Europe, thereby gaining exposure to international business.
Danela’s particular interest is in changing individual, team and organisational behaviour to align with the strategy of the business. She is respected among decision-makers in major local and international corporations – such as Rand Merchant Bank, South African Breweries, First National Bank, Eskom, Ernst and Young, GTZ, and Optimum Mines – and is often requested to design and deliver action learning leadership programmes as well as to coach individuals and teams towards resolving conflict, aligning people with strategy and implementing sustainable change.
Danela has an excellent track record for coaching and guiding leadership at all levels, within both the public and private sectors. Her focus most recently has been on transitioning newly appointed and direct entry executives to new organisations at a senior level.
One of Danela’s passions is designing the learning and capability processes to support business repositioning, mergers, process re-engineering and systems implementations.
Danela qualified in Human Resources Development at the University of the Witwatersrand Graduate School of Business. She attained a BA (cum laude) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.
