Beth is a Director of Human Capital Development, based in the Philippines, who works mainly in Asia Pacific. She is an experienced designer of change and team workshops, and leadership events. Beth has an open and collaborative facilitative style, and is skilled in facilitating teams and individuals through change, drawing on over 20 years of corporate experience. Global clients include British American Tobacco, Pfizer, Hitachi, GSK, Johnson & Johnson and Anritus.
Beth's area's of expertise include; supporting teams and businesses in transition and complex change; facilitating teams, action learning, and large group conferences; supporting the development of a culture to support innovation; supporting individuals in the development of their creative capacity; developing HR capability as strategic business partners and to offer transition support to new executives; designing learning and development approaches and working with cultural patterns using a systemic approach
Beth has designed and delivered a number of training programmes programs in global leadership, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, creativity and innovation.
Beth is an MBTI and Firo-B practitioner, a student of Spiral Dynamics and a Gestalt Facilitator. She is has an M.S. in Leadership Dynamics of Organizations from the University of Pennsylvania and is enrolled in facilitator certification program with the University of the Philippines and the Univeristy of Kassel, Germany. She holds a number of US patents and has won awards from Johnson & Johnson, INDA, Susan VanVleet Associates and DuPont.
